Shipping Rates: Due to our low-margin wholesale structure, standard shipping fees are calculated based on parcel weight and pin-code location at checkout unless explicitly waived under a promotion.
Dispatch & Delivery Timelines: Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination. External delays due to weather, regional restrictions, or courier disruptions may occasionally occur.
Address Accuracy: Customers must provide complete shipping information with accurate landmarks and active phone numbers. Parcels returned to origin (RTO) due to incorrect details will incur re-shipping charges for re-dispatch.
Order Cancellation Policy
Pre-Dispatch Window: Orders can only be canceled prior to order processing and warehouse dispatch.
Post-Dispatch Window: Once an Air Waybill (AWB)/tracking number is generated or the package has been handed over to the courier partner, cancellations cannot be processed.
Notice: Claims must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery along with your Order ID and the unboxing video. Claims without this continuous video proof will not be accepted
