WishShoppie Return & Refund Policy
  • We only accept returns or exchanges for products that arrive damaged, broken, or incomplete. Please follow these steps to ensure your request is processed smoothly:
  • 1. Provide Unboxing Video: You must record a 360-degree video of the product while unboxing it. This video is essential to verify any claims for damage or missing items.
  • 2. Report Within 24 Hours: Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include the unboxing video with your request.

Return & Exchange Process:

  • For Exchanges: You will need to return the damaged product at your own expense (RTO charges apply). Once we receive and inspect it, we will send you a replacement.
  • For Refunds: You are responsible for return shipping (RTO charges). After receiving the product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • - No Warranty: Electrical products come with no warranty or guarantee.
